At Valence, Andrew focuses on the investor relations, financial performance, and business development initiatives for portfolio companies.
Before being an owner-operator, Andrew spent a decade in technology, management, and engineering at large technology and defense industries; including positions at Texas Instruments and Sandia National Laboratories.
Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
Jumie is an entrepreneur-through-startup having led multiple new companies and divisions prior to forming Valence.
At Valence, Jumie focuses on product, operations, technology, and intellectual property/differentiation for portfolio companies.
Jumie has a long tenure in the Electronics, Manufacturing, and Construction deploying $10B in offerings and leading operations at companies such as Tesla, Katerra, Rex Moore, including consulting many other tech companies.
Jumie holds PhD and Master's Degrees in Engineering Management & Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from City University of New York.
